Applications are directed to support public economy activities including to support SME activities; Convergences create creative industry as a set of interlocking industry sector that focus on creating unique property, content or design that previously did not exist eg online architecture, online product design etc. Total transaction in Indonesian creative industry is about USD 12 billion on year of 2008 (12% PDB) and projected 8% growth on year of 2009 (Source : Ministry of trade). Number of employee on creative industry around 4.5 million.

Convergence Law • Convergence applications and services every sector (broadcasting, telco, internet) regulated by separated law and will using umberella licensing approach; • Should be integrated by develop convergence law;
Infrastructure • Telco infrastructure need to be upgrade to introduce convergence application. Upgrading could be done by expanding capacity of access and backbone in saveral cities.

Sektor TIK memegang fungsi sebagai alat akselerator bagi pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi, budaya, sosial dan politik dengan memberikan nilai yang meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pada sektor tersebut; Sektor TIK harus terus berevolusi ke arah yang lebih baik dalam menciptakan efisiensi dan kualitas; Sektor TIK memegang peranan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi; Peluang sektor TIK di Indonesia masih sangat terbuka lebar dengan perluasan pemakaiannya oleh sektor-sektor lain diluar sektor ekonomi; Upgrading infrastruktur ke jaringan broadband merupakan syarat mutlak yang harus dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas sektor TIK.
